The museum is located on Snæfellsnes Peninsula in West Iceland, about 25 minutes from Stykkishólmur.

The Entrance fee is 2200 ISK for Adults. Free for children under 15 year old.

Our shark fin soup is inspired by Chinese culinary tradition and given an Icelandic twist. It is made with Icelandic shark fin—a by-product of traditional shark processing—along with vegetables in a rich, flavourful broth. No shark is caught solely for its fins.
